What Health Plans does Extreme Mobility accept?

Will all of my equipment be covered?
In order to obtain coverage for equipment, your insurance provider will need to determine if you meet the criteria of "medical necessity." This means that your condition requires the use of medical equipment to prevent, diagnose, or treat an illness, injury, condition, disease, or its symptoms. Every insurance policy is different, so coverage forequipment may vary. However, when submitted with the appropriate medical documentation, most equipment is covered by insurance. What is the process for getting my equipment? How long can i expect it to take?
